South Country Central School District Records Subject Matter List

The South Country Central School District has adopted the Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York Local Governmental Records ("LGS-1"). The LGS-1 also serves as a list, by subject matter, of the District's records in accordance with Public Officer's Law Section 87(3)(c); 21 NYCRR § 1401.6. The LGS-1 is available HERE. The LGS-1 is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all records created or maintained by the South Country Central School District. Moreover, not all records created or maintained by the South Country Central School District are available pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL"). Information about FOIL is available on the Committee on Open Government website at https://www.dos.ny.gov/coog/.
